I would like to just remind everyone that I did pick the Netherlands over the Dominican Republic. Not as a wild ass crazy guess, but because I believed they would.However, I though it would be because the Dominican Republic couldn't pitch, but could hit. Appears I was wrong. They can pitch, but they can't hit.
But I was right about the pitching for the Dutch. What we'll now hear from all the experts is
what an upset this was: bullshit
how no one could have predicted it: bullshit
what an amazing thing it is that baseball is so good in Holland: bullshit
But we're going to hear it. Yeah, I'm talking about you, Jayson Stark and the rest of ESPN.

It was insulting to read some comments by DR players wondering if baseball was even played in NL.
Showed how much they know about international baseball, and with their record in international matches, they have no right to talk trash...
NL has a solid team, we can only hope PR also has an offday monday..
